ひさびさに筋肉痛。

最近スポクラ行ってもあまり筋肉痛とかこないなー…っていうことで、昨日のボディパンプのレッスンでは使うバーベルの錘をちょっとだけアップしてみた。

…今日は上半身が死んでます。特に背中が痛いorz
でも脚はそーでもないのでもう少し追い込めるかな?

ちなみに使った錘はこんな感じ(片側)
アップ:2.5kg スクワット:5kg、チェスト、 バック:3.5kg トライセプス、バイセプス:2.5kg、ランジ:4.5kg、ショルダー:2kg

とりあえずたんぱく質を補充しよう…
でも筋肉痛って妙に気持ちいいんだよなw

Hmm it appears like your blog ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I'll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I'm thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I'm still new to the whole thing. Do you have any suggestions for rookie blog writers? I'd certainly appreciate it.
